Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using the SupportSaathi service (“Service”) operated by SupportSaathi (“us”, “we”, or “our”). Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms.
1. Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activities or actions under your account.
2. Subscriptions and Payments
- Billing: The Service is billed on a subscription basis (“Subscription”). You will be billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual cycle.
- Refund Policy: We offer a refund within two (2) days of the initial purchase. The refund amount will be pro-rated to account for the chatbot message quota used during that period. To request a refund, contact us at help@supportsaathi.com.
3. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use the Service for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Engaging in illegal activities.
- Distributing spam or malware.
- Harassing or abusing others.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer the Service.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
- Service Uptime: We strive for a 99.99% service uptime. However, the Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
- AI in BETA: You acknowledge that the AI providing responses is in a BETA phase. It can make mistakes and provide incorrect or incomplete information. You agree not to hold SupportSaathi liable for any damages arising from incorrect information provided by the AI.
- Limitation of Liability: In no event shall SupportSaathi be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
5. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason whatsoever, including a breach of these Terms. You may terminate your account by canceling your subscription.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Maharashtra, India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Jalgaon, Maharashtra.
